Role Description

A Human Resources Manager is needed for this full-time, on-site position in Dar es Salaam. Daily HR operations, including hiring, employee interactions, performance management, and labor law compliance, will be supervised by the human resources manager. Creating HR policies, initiatives, and strategies to meet company objectives is part of the job. Additionally, the manager will spearhead training, development, and employee engagement programs. Strong leadership is required for this role in order to guarantee a happy workplace and high employee satisfaction.

1. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
2. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
3. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8. Experience in a similar role within a conglomerate or multinational company is preferred
